크레딧 및 소비자 권리

• 시작을 클릭하거나, 스튜디오를 열거나, 마이크 접근을 허용하거나, 첫 질문을 볼 때는 크레딧이 청구되지 않습니다. 크레딧은 첫 실제 음성 답변이 저장된 후에만 청구됩니다.
• 마이크나 카메라가 작동하지 않으면 크레딧이 청구되지 않습니다.
• 동일한 면접은 재연결, 재시도 또는 이어하기 후에도 절대 두 번 청구되지 않습니다.
• 중단된 면접은 새로운 청구 없이 48시간 동안 이어할 수 있습니다.
• 결정적인 기술적 장애로 인해 보고서를 제공할 수 없는 경우, 청구된 크레딧이 환불됩니다. 이미 여러 질문에 답변했더라도 마찬가지입니다.
• 자발적 포기와 기술적 장애는 구별됩니다.
• 음성 또는 영상 면접은 자동으로 필기 면접으로 전환되지 않습니다.

귀하의 권리

• 본 규정의 어떤 내용도 귀하의 법정 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
• 세션 크레딧 환불은 구매 대금의 금전적 환불과 동일하지 않습니다.

1. Acceptance

By using InterviewPR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

InterviewPR provides AI-powered mock interview practice sessions with feedback and coaching. Sessions are for personal use only.

3. Credits and Payments

• An audio or video interview credit is charged only once your first real spoken answer has been captured and validated (never at “Start”, on opening the studio, or when the first question is shown)
• An interrupted interview can be resumed for 48 hours without a second charge (plus 1 hour of technical grace); this resume window does not reduce your 14-day cancellation rights
• A definitive technical failure that prevents us from delivering your report entitles you to a full refund of the charged credit, regardless of how many questions you had already answered
• Voluntary abandonment is distinguished from technical failure, without limiting your statutory consumer rights
• Validity: each interview purchased is valid 12 months from confirmed payment. The applicable validity is shown before payment and in your dashboard
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of your market (shown at checkout)

4. Offers and Job Policy

• Audio Interview: one complete audio interview of 10 minutes, scored out of 100, with detailed feedback
• Video Interview: one complete video interview of 10 minutes, scored out of 100, with body-language analysis on the measures actually observed
• Interview + Personalised Course: one complete video interview followed by a personalised course built from your own answers
• Each purchase covers exactly one complete interview. No subscription, no automatic renewal, no recurring charge
• A target role is required before starting a session. Offer contents and validity are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard

5. Refund Policy

• If you have purchased a service and have not yet started using it, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
• For digital services that you ask us to begin providing immediately, your cancellation or refund rights may be affected once the service has started or been used.
• Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable Use

• You must not share your account with others
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and technology on InterviewPR are owned by InterviewPR. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Partner Program

• Partners must comply with ASA advertising guidelines
• All sponsored content must be disclosed (#ad)
• Commissions are paid monthly once the applicable payout threshold is reached
• InterviewPR reserves the right to terminate partnerships
• Partners must not make false claims about the service

9. Limitation of Liability

InterviewPR is a practice tool and does not guarantee job interview success. We are not liable for any employment outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
