What happens if my pack expires with remaining credits?
Unused credits are lost at expiry. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before.
Can I upgrade to a higher pack?
Yes, the new pack replaces the old one. Credits do not stack.
What is the difference between Training and Mock Interview?
Training = a short session with immediate feedback. Mock = a 30-min simulation with no intermediate feedback, only a global verdict at the end.
