Partner Agreement
This is the contract between you and InterviewPR LTD (UK). Read it carefully before applying.
INTERVIEWPR PARTNER AGREEMENT — SUMMARY
1. Independent Contractor. You are an independent contractor, not an employee. No fixed salary, no employment benefits. You control your methods and schedule.
2. Commission. 20% base rate (Partner tier), rising to 25% (Gold) and 30% (Elite). Paid within 30 days of month-end via Stripe Connect or Wise. Minimum payout: GBP 50.
3. Taxes. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and social charges. You must provide a valid tax ID where applicable.
4. Brand Rules. Always disclose with #ad. No false claims. No spam. No trademark bidding.
5. Termination. 14 days’ notice by either party. Immediate termination for fraud or brand violation.
6. Governing Law. England and Wales. UK GDPR applies.
