Partner Agreement
Effective: upon electronic acceptance · Between: InterviewPR LTD (UK) and Partner
1. Parties and Status
1.1 This Agreement is between InterviewPR LTD (Company No. pending), registered in England & Wales, and the Partner identified in the Partner Application.
1.2 Independent Contractor. The Partner is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venture partner, or legal representative of InterviewPR.
1.3 No Employment Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship. The Partner:
- Has no right to employment benefits (pension, holiday pay, sick pay)
- Is free to set their own working hours and methods
- Is free to work with other companies and clients
- Receives no fixed salary or guaranteed minimum payment
- Bears all responsibility for their own tax obligations
2. Services
2.1 The Partner agrees to promote InterviewPR products through lawful marketing channels.
2.2 The Partner chooses their own promotional methods, subject to Brand Guidelines.
2.3 The Partner must not: make false claims, use spam, bid on InterviewPR trademarks, impersonate InterviewPR, or offer unauthorised discounts.
3. Commission and Payment
3.1 Commission rates: Partner 20%, Gold Partner 25% (10+ sales or GBP 500), Elite Partner 30% (50+ sales or GBP 2,500).
3.2 Qualifying Sale: customer clicks Partner’s link, completes purchase, and 30 days pass without refund or chargeback.
3.3 Payments within 30 days of month-end. Minimum payout: GBP 50. Via Stripe Connect or Wise Business.
3.4 Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the Partner’s balance.
3.5 Self-referral is prohibited.
4. Taxes
4.1 The Partner is solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes and social charges.
4.2 The Partner must provide a valid tax ID where applicable.
4.3 InterviewPR does not withhold tax unless required by UK law.
4.4 EU Partners: provide valid VAT number if registered. Reverse charge applies where applicable.
5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1 InterviewPR provides a unique tracking link and partner code.
5.2 The Partner Dashboard shows real-time clicks, conversions, and commission balances.
5.3 InterviewPR’s tracking system is the sole authority for determining Qualifying Sales.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Non-exclusive, revocable licence to use InterviewPR’s name, logo, and marketing materials for promotion.
6.2 Partner must not register domains containing “InterviewPR”, modify trademarks, or use IP after termination.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Partner must not disclose confidential information to third parties. Obligation survives termination for 3 years.
8. Data Protection (GDPR)
8.1 Partner must comply with UK GDPR. Must not share customer data, must delete upon request, must report breaches within 24 hours.
9. Term and Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.
9.2 Immediate termination for: brand violation, fraud, damaging reputation, or 6 months with no Qualifying Sale.
9.3 On termination: links deactivated, marks use ceases within 48h, earned commissions remain payable.
10. Liability
10.1 InterviewPR’s total liability is limited to commissions paid in the preceding 6 months.
10.2 Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
11.1 Laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
12. General
12.1 Entire agreement. InterviewPR may amend with 30 days’ notice.

- Share honest experience — no false success guarantees
- Use your unique tracking link for all mentions
- Respect UK ASA rules
- No claims about guaranteed results or salary outcomes
- No misleading competitor comparisons
- Do not use InterviewPR’s name to suggest employment
