Refund Policy

Pack Validity
✅ InterviewPR sells one-time packs only — no subscription, no recurring billing.
Each paid pack stays active until its sessions are consumed or until its validity window expires.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- No sessions used: Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Sessions partially used: Refund for unused sessions within 14 days, calculated pro-rata where applicable.
- After 14 days: No refund, except where required by law or in case of a technical issue caused by InterviewPR.
Technical Issues
If a session fails due to a technical issue on our side:
- The session credit will be restored to your account
- If restoration is not possible, a replacement session will be provided
- In exceptional cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion
What Is NOT Refundable
- Completed sessions you have fully used
- Expired pack access after the validity period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@interviewpr.com with your account email and order details
- Include the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
