Refund Policy

Session Credit Validity
✅ All session credits are valid for 12 months (1 year)
From the date of purchase, your credits remain active for 365 days. No exceptions.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- No sessions used: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
- Sessions partially used: Refund for unused sessions within 14 days. Calculated pro-rata based on the pack price.
- After 14 days: No refund. However, your credits remain valid for the full 12-month period.
Technical Issues
If a session fails due to a technical issue on our side:
- The session credit will be restored to your account
- If restoration is not possible, a replacement session will be provided
- In exceptional cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion
What Is NOT Refundable
- Completed sessions (sessions you have fully used)
- Credits expired after the 12-month validity period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@interviewpr.com with your account email and order details
- Include the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
