Refund Policy

Session Credit Validity

✅ All session credits are valid for 12 months (1 year)

From the date of purchase, your credits remain active for 365 days. No exceptions.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • No sessions used: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
  • Sessions partially used: Refund for unused sessions within 14 days. Calculated pro-rata based on the pack price.
  • After 14 days: No refund. However, your credits remain valid for the full 12-month period.

Technical Issues

If a session fails due to a technical issue on our side:

  • The session credit will be restored to your account
  • If restoration is not possible, a replacement session will be provided
  • In exceptional cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion

What Is NOT Refundable

  • Completed sessions (sessions you have fully used)
  • Credits expired after the 12-month validity period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@interviewpr.com with your account email and order details
  2. Include the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review and respond within 5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
