Credits and consumer rights

No credit is charged when you click Start, open the studio, grant microphone access, or see the first question. A credit is charged only after your first real spoken answer is saved.
If your microphone or camera does not work, no credit is charged.
The same interview never charges twice, including after a reconnection, retry or resume.
An interrupted interview can be resumed for 48 hours, without any new charge.
If a definitive technical failure prevents us from delivering your report, the charged credit is refunded — even if you had already answered several questions.
A voluntary abandonment is distinguished from a technical failure.
An audio or video interview is never automatically converted into a written interview.

Your rights

Nothing in these rules limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refunding a session credit is not the same as a monetary refund of your purchase.

Name and email address (registration)
CV and job descriptions (interview preparation)

Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Request deletion of your data

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Interview recordings are deleted after 90 days unless you request otherwise.
