Kreditter og forbrukerrettigheter

• Ingen kreditt belastes når du klikker på Start, åpner studioet, gir mikrofontilgang eller ser det første spørsmålet. En kreditt belastes først etter at ditt første ekte talte svar er lagret.
• Hvis mikrofonen eller kameraet ikke fungerer, belastes ingen kreditt.
• Det samme intervjuet belastes aldri to ganger, heller ikke etter en gjentilkobling, et nytt forsøk eller en gjenopptaking.
• Et avbrutt intervju kan gjenopptas i 48 timer, uten ny belastning.
• Hvis en endelig teknisk feil hindrer oss i å levere rapporten din, refunderes den belastede kreditten — selv om du allerede hadde svart på flere spørsmål.
• En frivillig avbrytelse skilles fra en teknisk feil.
• Et lyd- eller videointervju konverteres aldri automatisk til et skriftlig intervju.

• Ingenting i disse reglene begrenser dine lovfestede forbrukerrettigheter.
• Refusjon av en øktskreditt er ikke det samme som en økonomisk refusjon av kjøpet ditt.

1. Acceptance

By using InterviewPR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

InterviewPR provides AI-powered mock interview practice sessions with feedback and coaching. Sessions are for personal use only.

3. Credits and Payments

• An audio or video interview credit is charged only once your first real spoken answer has been captured and validated (never at “Start”, on opening the studio, or when the first question is shown)
• An interrupted interview can be resumed for 48 hours without a second charge (plus 1 hour of technical grace); this resume window does not reduce your 14-day cancellation rights
• A definitive technical failure that prevents us from delivering your report entitles you to a full refund of the charged credit, regardless of how many questions you had already answered
• Voluntary abandonment is distinguished from technical failure, without limiting your statutory consumer rights
• Validity: each interview purchased is valid 12 months from confirmed payment. The applicable validity is shown before payment and in your dashboard
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of your market (shown at checkout)

4. Offers and Job Policy

• Audio Interview: one complete audio interview of 10 minutes, scored out of 100, with detailed feedback
• Video Interview: one complete video interview of 10 minutes, scored out of 100, with body-language analysis on the measures actually observed
• Interview + Personalised Course: one complete video interview followed by a personalised course built from your own answers
• Each purchase covers exactly one complete interview. No subscription, no automatic renewal, no recurring charge
• A target role is required before starting a session. Offer contents and validity are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard

5. Refund Policy

• If you have purchased a service and have not yet started using it, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
• For digital services that you ask us to begin providing immediately, your cancellation or refund rights may be affected once the service has started or been used.
• Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable Use

• You must not share your account with others
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and technology on InterviewPR are owned by InterviewPR. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Partner Program

• Partners must comply with ASA advertising guidelines
• All sponsored content must be disclosed (#ad)
• Commissions are paid monthly once the applicable payout threshold is reached
• InterviewPR reserves the right to terminate partnerships
• Partners must not make false claims about the service

9. Limitation of Liability

InterviewPR is a practice tool and does not guarantee job interview success. We are not liable for any employment outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
