额度与消费者权利

  • 当您点击“开始”、打开工作室、授予麦克风访问权限或看到第一个问题时，不会扣除任何额度。只有在您第一次真实的口头回答被保存后，才会扣除一个额度。
  • 如果您的麦克风或摄像头无法工作，则不会扣除任何额度。
  • 同一场面试绝不会被扣费两次，包括在重新连接、重试或恢复之后。
  • 中断的面试可在 48 小时内恢复，无需任何新的扣费。
  • 如果决定性的技术故障导致我们无法交付您的报告，所扣的额度将被退还——即使您已经回答了多个问题。
  • 自愿放弃与技术故障是有区别的。
  • 音频或视频面试绝不会自动转换为文字面试。

您的权利

  • 本规则中的任何内容都不限制您的法定消费者权利。
  • 退还会话额度与对您所购服务进行货币退款并不相同。
